Strategic Engagement Terms & Conditions

Effective date: April 28, 2025

This agreement outlines the expectations and structure of your engagement with Abe Rudo, Business Advisor and Strategic Partner.

1. Structure & Scope

This engagement includes:

Advisory support, beginning upon purchase
60-minute strategy sessions, delivered in-person or virtually
Email access between sessions for check-ins, questions, and implementation support

This work blends strategic guidance, collaborative discussion, and actionable planning tailored to your business goals.

2. Commitments & Expectations

This engagement is a shared investment in your growth. To get the most value from our work together, you agree to:

Be present and prepared for each session
Provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule
Limit distractions during sessions (no multitasking or interruptions)
Follow through on actions we agree on between meetings
Share feedback along the way to help improve the process

In return, I commit to:

Delivering focused, high-impact support aligned with your goals
Helping you make smarter decisions around strategy, finance, and operations
Responding to emails within 1–2 business days

Note: This engagement includes scheduled sessions and email support. It does not include unscheduled phone calls or after-hours availability.

3. Results & Return on Investment

My aim is for you to achieve a 5–10x return on your investment—whether through increased profit, time savings, strategic clarity, or better execution.

That said, your results will depend on your commitment and implementation. This is a collaborative partnership, not a done-for-you service or guarantee of outcomes.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Fees vary by engagement and are due in full prior to the start of our work together.
Once the engagement begins, all fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Referrals & Testimonials

If our work proves valuable, I may ask you to:

Provide a testimonial about your experience
Introduce me to peers or colleagues who may benefit from this type of support

This is always optional and appreciated—but never expected without meaningful results.
