Strategic Engagement Terms & Conditions

This agreement outlines the expectations and structure of your 3-month engagement with Abe Rudo, Business Advisor and Strategic Partner.

1. Structure & Scope

This engagement includes:

  • Three months of advisory support, beginning upon purchase.

  • Two 60-minute strategy sessions per month, delivered virtually via Kajabi's integrated video conferencing tool.

  • Email access between sessions, for questions, check-ins, and implementation support.

This work combines strategic guidance, collaborative discussion, and practical execution planning tailored to your business goals.

2. Commitments & Expectations

This engagement is a shared investment in your business growth. To ensure the highest value from our work together, you agree to:

  • Be present and prepared for each session.

  • Provide at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Missed or late-canceled sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

  • Minimize distractions during our meetings.

  • Follow through on any agreed-upon actions between sessions.

  • Offer honest communication, including feedback that helps improve our work together.

In return, I commit to:

  • Delivering personalized, high-impact support focused on your most important goals.

  • Helping you make smarter, faster decisions across finance, operations, and strategy.

  • Responding to email inquiries within 1–2 business days.

This engagement includes scheduled sessions and email support. It does not include unscheduled phone calls or after-hours availability.

3. Results & Return on Investment

My goal is for you to achieve a 5–10x return on this investment—whether through revenue growth, increased profitability, time saved, or clarity that prevents costly mistakes.

That said, your results will depend on your level of action and follow-through. This is a collaborative partnership, not a done-for-you service or guaranteed outcome.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

The full fee for this engagement is $4,200, payable in advance.
Once the engagement begins, the fee is non-refundable.

5. Referrals & Testimonials

If our work proves valuable, I may ask you to:

  • Provide a testimonial about your experience

  • Make introductions to peers or colleagues who may benefit from similar support

This is always optional and appreciated—but never expected without clear results.
